We offer a 10-year repair guarantee.

Act sustainably and save money.

Sustainable business is our top priority. We therefore repair every measuring device and guarantee the availability of spare parts for 10 years.

The repair takes place on premise (at Schaller Austria) or is guided by our experienced specialist technicians - either by telephone or via instruction video, if remote maintenance is possible. In general, we are promoting the possibility of repairing devices remotely. Experience has shown very good results. The repair is free of charge for the first two years the devices are under warranty.

From mechanics to electronics, we will assess any malfunction and will provide the spare parts needed for repair!
