Handling and measurement process
After switching on the device, fill the sewage sludge granulate or the sewage sludge pellets into the measuring chamber of the humimeter FS4. 1. It is important to add exactly 260 grams of sewage sludge, which is why a measuring cup and scales are included.
The display of the humimeter FS4.1 immediately displays the water content and temperature. Moist cores and dry cover layers are taken into account in the high-frequency measurement process. The average value of the entire sample filled in is calculated and shown on the display.
By effecting various measurements in different areas of the pile, the average water content can be determined immediately.
The measured values can be saved on the device and further information such as batch number can be added. The measured values are transferred to a PC via the included USB interface and the data is archived, exported, processed or printed using the LogMemorizer® PC software.
