The humimeter FS3 Food moisture meter is a highly developed professional moisture analyzer for determining the water content of many types of food, beverages and grains. The humimeter FS3 is one of the best coffee and cocoa moisture meters.
The measured values can be saved via the integrated data logger, provided with additional data and recalled later. You also have the option of using a hold function with this food moisture analyzer. This allows measured values to be frozen on the display until the next button is pressed.
In order to increase the measurement accuracy and reproducibility, the measurement is carried out with hectoliter compensation. This is achieved by accurately weighing the sample amount. For this purpose, a scale and a measuring cup are supplied with the food moisture meter. As a result, different bulk densities have no influence on the measurements.
Simultaneously, also the sample temperature is measured and included it in the calculation of the measuring result. The temperature range goes from 0°C to 40°C and can be set to °C or °F as required.
The calibrated measuring range of our moisture analyser for food humimeter FS3 goes from 0% to 40 % water content (depending on the product).
