With the humimeter BRC humidity transmitter you can optimize your dryer, oven or wood gasification system and increase their efficiency to the highest level. The high measuring depth of at least 300 mm guarantees a precise measuring result.
Areas of Application:
The humimeter BRC ensures online measurement of the water content of very dry industrial wood chips up to chip class P100. The professional measuring device is successfully used in wood gasification plants or in pellet or chipboard production and is used almost exclusively for use in a bunker. The transmitter can be easily integrated into existing systems. Operators of a wood gasification plant can thus ensure the drying process of the wood chips in the long term.
The connection to a controller is carried out using a 4-20mA analogue output. Calibration curves (characteristics) for various bulk materials are created by Schaller Messtechnik GmbH in its own laboratory.
