Range:
The humimeter BLO is equipped with two different external sensors depending on the requirements of the material or the system:

• The wood chip sensor is ideally suited for installation in screw conveyors, feed channels or bunkers. A wood chip sensor with a compression structure was specially developed for installation in places with low contact pressure and is suitable for light, loose wood chips.
• The universal moisture sensor offers an exact measurement for over 30 types of material, such as wood chips, pellets, sawdust, etc.

By separating the sensor part and the measuring system, the sensor can be mounted in an area that is difficult to access. The humimeter BLO The measuring system can also be used in a very high temperature range (up to 70°C). It can be easily integrated into existing systems. Specially adapted sensors are available for different installation requirements. The optional PC software, in connection with the Ethernet interface, enables the storage, evaluation and export of the measurement data.

The following requirements are met:

• Measuring device based on the requirements of the VDI standard 4206 sheet 4
• Material characteristics in accordance with EN ISO 16559 requirements
• Measuring device adjusted after calibration to the reference method EN ISO 18134-2
