For the operators of a wood gasification plant, the humimeter BLC the perfect instrument for sustainable quality control of the drying process.
The water content is determined in real time during the production process and appropriate control increases the efficiency of the entire system. Moisture measurement of wood chips, shavings and pellets with the humimeter BLC is already calibrated and the assembly is quickly realized. The connection to a controller is carried out using a 4-20mA analogue output. Calibration curves (characteristics) for various bulk materials are created by Schaller Messtechnik GmbH in its own laboratory.
